1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mycuci4 platform — including the website, mobile app or any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines published by mycuci4 from time to time.

These terms take effect from the first date you use our platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or business entity, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2User Eligibility

To use the mycuci4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Not residing in or accessing from a region or jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• Never having been diagnosed or treated for compulsive gambling, or if you have such a history, you take full responsibility for adhering to self-imposed limits.
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in any form of betting or gaming.
• You register and play in your own personal capacity and not in any professional or commercial capacity.

Mycuci4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the holding of any balance currently under review.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at mycuci4. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please contact our support team for assistance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a serious offence that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances in that account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs in your account — whether by you or any other party — is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

• Use a strong and unique password for your mycuci4 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Mycuci4 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except USDT which uses the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level — accounts that have completed full KYC are eligible for higher limits.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method and level of security review.
• Mycuci4 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policy.
• Mycuci4 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes without prior notice.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Mycuci4 offers a variety of bonuses to users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and other periodic promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, including wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum betting limits.

General terms applicable to all mycuci4 bonuses:

• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Only one user per household, IP address, device or payment method is eligible for each promotional offer.
• Mycuci4 reserves the right to revoke any bonus granted if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility, mycuci4's decision is final.

6Game Rules

All games offered at mycuci4 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting games, and instant games — are subject to their own specific rules as displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game rules and these General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail.

All game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. mycuci4 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection disruptions, technical issues on the user's device, or power outages during an active game session.

• Wagers that have been verified and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, mycuci4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game.
• Mycuci4 reserves the right to restrict a user's access to certain games without providing a reason.

7Prohibited User Conduct

Mycuci4 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to play games or access the platform.
• Making any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt mycuci4's systems and servers.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage — any wins obtained through such means will be voided.
• Entering into collusion agreements with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Channelling funds obtained through illegal activities through the mycuci4 platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about mycuci4 to other users.

Any violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of all associated bonuses and wins, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Mycuci4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Facilitation or endorsement of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with identity verification or KYC requests within the specified timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Requests from competent authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited by mycuci4. If closure occurs at the user's own request or for reasons beyond the user's control, any eligible balance will be returned after the review is completed.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the mycuci4 customer support team. All account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Mycuci4 is committed to protecting user privacy. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you agree to the data management practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. mycuci4 does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent, except as required by law.

10Liability Limits

Mycuci4 is not liable for any losses or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or wagering.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from technical issues or cyberattacks, notwithstanding mycuci4 having taken reasonable security measures.
• Any action or omission by third parties, including payment providers and game providers.

Mycuci4's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
